Today, their grandsons, Juan de Dios and Ramón, walk those same rows of trees. They are not just producing oil; they are continuing a conversation that started seventy-five years ago. While Ramón, an agricultural expert, listens to the needs of the trees and the soil, Juan de Dios, an engineer, ensures that the world understands the value of what they create. They have understood a fundamental truth: their grandparents’ greatest harvest was not the olives, but the values of humility and doing things well regardless of who is watching.

The name Terra Sigillata is a bridge between eras. Inspired by the ancient Roman pottery produced in the nearby settlement of Isturgi, it evokes a time when objects were crafted to be both functional and exquisite, reserved for the finest tables of the Empire. Just as those potters selected their clay with precision, the brothers select their Picual and Frantoio olives at the exact moment of early harvest. It is a tribute to the red clay of their land, a soil so rich that it serves as a sanctuary for the Iberian lynx and the Imperial eagle.
